About Us

Founded in 2023 by former GT World Challenge driver Erin Vogel, alongside her partner Aaron Snair, AE Victory Racing was born out of a need to provide a racing team for women, led by women. We hope to lead others in inspiring boldness, cultivating a community of growth and learning, and racing to achieve victory both on and off the racetrack.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and people management experience, and over 15 years of combined racing experience, Erin and Aaron bring a high level of expertise and passion to AE Victory Racing.

Aaron grew up racing with his father, preparing karts and cars and driving in local and regional dirt track and drag racing events. As an adult, he was introduced to the world of sportscar racing by fellow dealership tech Anton Johnson, who is Aaron’s No. 2 on the #119 entry. Aaron is Crew Chief and Shop Manager, and collaborates on Engineering and Strategy.

Erin began racing with her father when she was 30 years old. She quickly saw motorsports as the opportunity she’d been looking for to disprove biases against women working to compete in a “man’s world”. In 2021, she became the first woman to win a race in the pro-am category in GT World Challenge competition globally. Erin is owner, CEO and Chief Vision Officer, and a driver, coach, and mentor.

The Driver Development Program

Mentorship

Each driver receives individualized coaching from their pro teammates as well as certified performance experts, including Claudia Fulga of fortyfortyliving.com and Mike Metcalf of D.E.C.K. Leadership, renowned for his work in NASCAR. Through one-on-one driver coaching, mental preparedness training, and leadership development, drivers gain the tools to perform at their best under pressure. AE Victory Racing emphasizes developing well rounded athletes who understand their craft, their mindset, and their personal brand within the industry.

Seat Time

Experience is everything in racing. AE Victory Racing ensures drivers get maximum track exposure and real world driving experience by competing in as many WRL endurance races as possible, each event typically totaling 16 hours of racing. In addition, the team takes advantage of Max Track Time events and HPDE sessions to provide extended practice opportunities. With a season that includes world-class circuits like Daytona, COTA, Watkins Glen, and Road America, every driver gains valuable experience navigating the same tracks that define professional motorsport.

Exposure

Beyond driving, AE Victory Racing prepares drivers to operate within a race team environment with professional resources on hand. Drivers work alongside engineers, crew members, and marketing professionals to learn communication, conflict resolution, and brand representation skills. They gain firsthand experience with the realities of professional motorsport—from car feedback and setup discussions to sponsor engagement and media appearances. AE Victory Racing’s goal is to produce drivers who not only excel behind the wheel but also thrive as ambassadors of their sport.
