Erin Vogel
Erin is an accomplished racecar driver, performance driving instructor, and event organizer. She progressed her way up the ladder racing a variety of cars from Porsche Boxsters to factory-built GT4 and GT3 racecars. In 2021 she became the first woman to win a race in the Pro-Am class globally in SRO GT World Challenge America, also earning 3 podiums and a pole position. In 2023 Erin and her partner Aaron founded AE Victory Racing with the mission to provide a racing team for women, led by women.
Sarah Montgomery
Nationality: USA
Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, Sarah grew up with a zest for life in the heart of Cajun country. She started professional level racing in the Battery Tender Mazda MX-5 Cup Series in 2014 and her rookie year, she was the highest finishing female and top ten in points. Sarah competed in Pirelli World Challenge in 2017 with Shea Racing and in 2019, she became the first female to ever podium in the Global Mazda MX-5 Cup Series. She made history and then she went on to land the podium four times that year. Sarah has been with AEVR since the beginning and the team is grateful for her leadership both on and off track.
Ashley Freiberg
Nationality: USA
Originally from Illinois, Ashley Freiberg has always been a fierce competitor. From excelling in academics to tackling mountain climbing and motorsports, she has consistently pushed herself to the limit. A standout graduate of the Skip Barber Racing School, Ashley made history as the first female to win a race in the Pirelli World Challenge. Her career includes podium finishes in IMSA’s Continental Tire Challenge and TUDOR United SportsCar Championship. With a wealth of experience and determination, Ashley brings both speed and leadership to AE Victory Racing .
Hannah Grisham
Nationality: USA
Originally from Southern California, and now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Hannah Grisham joins the team full time in 2026. Beginning her racing career at age 6 in Karting, Hannah has spent the last few years with her team, Heart of Racing, competing in the SRO GT4 America for both 2023 and 2024. In 2025 she tested with various LMP3 and GT3 cars and took home a win at the 12 Hours of Mugello in a Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO. This year, in addition to joining AEVR, Grisham will be competing in a full season of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge with Heart of Racing.
Michele Abbate
Nationality: USA
A Las Vegas native with 21 years of racing experience, Michele Abbate began her motorsports journey after growing up at the racetrack watching her brother compete in karting. She officially began competing herself at age 16 in autocross, quickly building a reputation for her determination and racecraft. Most recently, Abbate spent six seasons competing in the Trans Am Series through 2024. She is also a longtime Shift Up Now athlete.
Brenna Schubert
Nationality: USA
Brenna Schubert began her racing career with karting in 2009, eventually competing in The STARS Championship Series and Northeast Karting Challenge in KA100 and X30 until 2022. In 2023 she won the PT Autosport Aspiring Driver Shootout and started focusing on wheel-to-wheel racing, attending Skip Barber Racing School and competing in various shootouts and scholarship competitions over the last three years. Brenna also recently relocated to Las Vegas from her hometown of Quakertown, Pennsylvania in an effort to find more career opportunities

Laura Hayes
Nationality: USA
Laura is the Director of Race Operations at TCB Racing. She led Thunder Bunny Racing to a WRL championship in 2023 in their Toyota Supra GT4, and in 2024 became the fastest woman ever up the hill at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb. In 2024 she joined AE Victory Racing for two races as a driver and coach, and in 2025 came on as a reserve driver and strategy consultant.
Alana Carter
Nationality: Canada
Alana Grew up in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and as a teenager, she had the chance to buckle into a 620hp Northern Thunder Dirt Late Model and went on to gather many top 5 finishes, becoming the first woman and youngest ever to take the title as Western Cup Memorial Champion in 2019. Since then, Alana transitioned into road racing through Formula Woman in 2022. In 2025 Alana won the AE Victory Racing driver shootout and raced with the team full time to their first podium and eventual win.
Sally Mott
Nationality: USA
Sally Mott is a Texas native. In 2023 she won the Mazda MX-5 Cup Scholarship and raced as a Mazda Motorsports factory driver. For the last two years she has been competing in the the MX-5 Cup series where she was featured on the Amazon Prime show “First to the Finish” as one of the top female drivers. Mott has raced with the team once in 2024 and joins AEVR again for the 2026 season opener at Barber Motorsports Park. She brings a fierce competitive spirit to the team.
Charlotte Traynor
Nationality: USA
Charlotte was one of four finalists for the AE Victory Racing 2025 Female Driver Shootout. 2025 was her second full season since moving up to cars from karting, and she earned multiple regional Spec Miata podiums, following a P2 finish in her first Spec MX-5 race last year. In her 2025 season completed her first Global MX-5 Cup season, earned the 2025 Mazda Motorsports Women’s Initiative Scholarship, and was thrilled to join AE Victory racing for her first ever endurance race - and to driver under the lights at Daytona International Speedway!.
